Our spicy and tangy pickle, great accompaniment to fried food especially fish and shell fish. Make your own Jamaican escovitch fish at home, we recommend red snapper but also great with red mullet, sea bass and sea bream.
Ingredients: White onion, carrot, garlic, thyme, scotch bonnet chilli, bayleaf, pimento (all spice), black pepper, distilled vinegar (sulphites) and salt.
